Unlike our traditional "cluster" cottages, we are proud to offer our 2-story town homes at West Oaks. Choose from five different floor plans: the Arlington, Medford, Richmond, Bridgeport and Brockton. These plans feature two or three bedrooms, and some offer loft spaces. The laundry is conveniently located on the second floor. Oversized two car garages are also available. Homes range in square footage from 1,477 square feet to 2,240 square feet. Potential residents will have their choice of wooded and pond lots.

Our traditional, one-level living is also available in this community. West Oaks is home to our newest single-story floor plans: the Belmont, the Belmont SR, and the Fairmont. These homes are built in rows of three, and all feature two bedrooms and two baths. Total square footage ranges from 1,382 to 1,754.

Buyer can choose from several different floor plans: Arlington, Bridgeport, Brockton, Medford, Richmond, Belmont and the Fairhaven.

Homeowner's Association-INH Property Management, Inc., has been contracted to provide the management functions for this Association.
